Tuesday, April 08, 2008, Evansville Elite Soccer Club and NEYSC Blitz Soccer Club came together to form a new club, the Evansville Soccer Club. It is hoped that this merger will lead to the eventual unification of all area clubs. Operating under the auspices of the Indiana Youth Soccer Association (IYSA, an affiliate of the United States Youth Soccer Association - USYSA), Evansville Soccer Club administers Evansville Soccer Club's Select Soccer program which provides a format for the youth player wishing to receive advanced soccer training and competition.

The Evansville Elite Soccer Club consists of over 30 boys and girls teams in single-age groups ranging from Under-9 to Under-18 years of age.
